About Us

As far as I can remember, I’ve always loved candy. Sour, sweet, salty, chewy, stringy, and gushy. You name it, I eat it. So much so, I keep a bag of gummies in my purse at all times. My affection for candy has unknown origins, but I remember when my taste for fancy candy first came into play. My uncle started visiting us from Sweden and he would bring us kids bags of Scandinavian candies. I sifted through pounds of colorful gummies of all shapes, sizes, and sheens, riddled with exotic salty black licorice bits. It was an explosion of flavors, an introduction to a whole new universe of textures and tastes. My child-mind was blown. And from then on, I made it my mission to try candies everywhere I traveled. After decades of what I can only describe as the best kind of research, I’ve found some of the chewiest chews, zingiest sours and sweets with the most gobsmacking flavors. I’m so excited that I can now share my (growing list of) finds with my fellow candy monsters! Even if you’re not quite the sugar addict like me, I know a little taste of these candies will surely brighten your day.
